HR Director

With 80+ years of experience and reliability, our products are aboard virtually every major commercial, military and space vehicle program.  Our talented, loyal and dedicated employees provide highest quality and innovative solutions, products and services to meet our customers' needs.  Job Summary Responsible for the overall management of the HR Department.  Participates in departmental plans for continuous improvement and is responsible for the administration of personnel policies and procedures.  This position requires a high level of confidentiality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities o    Partners with the Executive Team on a strategic level to meet business goals and objectives. o    Responsible for the "confidential" record keeping in regards to employee documents. o    Responsible for legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting personnel related functions and ensures that policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.  Also responds to all inquires (internal or external) regarding personnel policies, procedures and programs. o    Responsible for the administration of new hire procedures to include job posting, recruiting, setting up and participating in the formal interview process. o    Directs salary administration insuring compliance and equity within the organization. o    Responsible for assisting management on appropriate resolution of employee relation issues. o    Works with management in coordinating and implementing training for supervision in regards to personnel policies and procedures. o    Manages the performance appraisal process.  Responsible for reviewing each completed appraisal before filing in personnel file. o    Represent the company at personnel related hearings and investigations. o    Participate and advise management in termination decisions and prepare the employee separation documentation. o    Union Negotiations. o    This job description is not all inclusive of all duties.  Other duties may be assigned. Education and Experience o    10-14 years' experience with BA, 8-12 years' experience with MBA o    PHR/SPHR certification a plus o    Manufacturing Experience Preferred Knowledge, Skill and Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
