This position will work with virtually every department in the company and be involved in the full-cycle accounting process. The responsibilities of the position include:Prepare customer billsReview subcontractor invoices and process project accounts payableTrack preliminary lien notices and lien releasesReview and process vendor payablesCross-train in various other accounting functions, such as payroll, fixed assets, and treasury managementAssist with quarter-end and year-end journal entriesOther duties as assigned by ManagementDesired Skills and Experience:5+ years of accounting experience, at least 2 in the construction industryStrong Microsoft Excel experience required, plus working knowledge of other Office programsExcellent oral and written communications skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAble to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Viewpoint Construction Software a plusProficient experience in Certified Payroll desired.Our comprehensive benefits include an Employee Stock Savings Ownership Plan, 401K plan, medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, flexible spending accounts and paid time off.Equal Opportunity EmployerPrincipals Only. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
