Aftercare Coordinator- Corporate Office

Purpose:
Maintain open communication and helpful to client and families who have been discharged from Center For Discovery programs.
The Aftercare Coordinator will call clients and families whom have been discharged offering after care treatment to those who require extra care once discharged.
Provide resources to those clients and families to insure long term recovery!
The position will require the Aftercare Coordinator to be on the phone 100% of the time. The position requires talking to clients about all the programs Center For Discovery offers to all alumni of our programs.
Working with the Admissions department as a cohesive team player.
Requirements:
Excellent telephone skills within a professional environment. Speak clearly and concisely.
Introduce yourself and initiate a dialog with the client's family or client.
Able to communicate effectively the compelling features of the program
Communicate effectively w/ program directors, medical doctors and directors
Knowledge and articulation of program features, advantages & benefits
Knowledge of experience in behavior health, metal health, substance and eating disorder experience.
Possess passion and empathy to all family and clients.
Admissions Counselor and/or Counselor knowledge within a health care environment. Dealing with adolescents within an eating disorder, mental health, substance abuse experience is a plus!
Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in behavioral health, Psychology, Chemical Dependency or related business field within the healthcare industry.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
