Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to medical office staff, including receptionists, administrative assistants, and clerical personnel - Communicate effectively with team members and ensure smooth coordination of office activities - Organize and maintain medical record files and documents in both physical and electronic formats - Manage schedules and appointments for medical assistants and medical providers - Assist with clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence - Oversee medical office management tasks such as patient scheduling, insurance verification, and billing - Handle human resources functions such as recruiting, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee relations Requirements:
