- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork - Assist with billing and payment processing - Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth patient flow - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area Skills:
- Experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar patient service role - Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (Dentrix) - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with front desk operations in a dental office or clinic setting We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
